Used to "correct" ignition timing based on TPS acceleration rate, mostly used to reduce the ignition timing on fast throttle acceleration to prevent knock.

Specifies how many firing events to hold the function after it has been triggered.
Decay rate
Specifies the time period in degrees per event the correction zeroes out.
