1 = +5V sensor supply.

2 =  0-5v signal out.

3 = Idle switch signal.

4 = Sensor GND.

 

Mitsubishi EVO VI

Blue/green: +5V sensor supply.

Green/white: 0-5v signal out.

Black: Sensor GND.
