Note: ONLY GEN2 MaxxECUs have support for the LSU 5.2 lambda sensor.
•Warmup time: 16 sec (20C to operational)
•Lambda range: 0.45 - 1.7
•Large step response time: 200ms (0.6-1.5)
•Rugged sensor element. Recommended for most applications.
•Warmup time: 8 sec (20C to operational)
•Lambda range: 0.35 - 1.7
•Large step response time: 150ms (0.6-1.5).
•Fragile sensor element. Not recommended for applications with big backfires.
•Warmup time: 4.5 sec (20C to operational)
•Lambda range: 0.35 - 1.7
•Large step response: 60ms (0.6-1.5)
•Rugged sensor element. Recommended for GEN2 MaxxECU installations.
These are not supported by our internal controllers at this time. We use custom lambda sensor interface circuitry to measure much lower lambda values with Bosch sensors compared to other ECUs and lambda controllers that have "off-the-shelf" solutions.
Bosch 4.9 and 5.2 sensors will work even on ultra-rich methanol applications.
Note: You can use external controllers for NTK-sensors connected to CAN or 0-5V inputs.
