Output default states
PDM function to change (or keep) current state of a certain output during a CAN failure.
Can for example be used to force an engine FAN PDM output to ON when there is a CAN failure, to prevent engine overheating.
In the above example, if an CAN communication is lost, the PDM output 3 is turned ON, and will continue to be ON untill the communication is up again.
Force off is needed when an output is set to --ON-- during CAN-errors. In the above example, output 5 will be turned ON during a CAN-error event and will only be turned off when the PDM input ignition on gets active.
Note: Force off can also be used to turn of user output functions when ignition switch is turned off.
